The first step to any transformative initiatives is always the hardest. In the case of RPA implementation, it is also the most crucial. Hence, we need to undertake RPA
implementation deliberately; assessing carefully the impacts on existing operations and business processes, and validating the ROI before scaling across the enterprise. In this regard, a well-executed pilot will create the momentum and goodwill with the various stakeholders to ensure long-term success. This session will take you through the key issues that you need to consider before RPA implementation; giving attention to the design of the pilot, and process analysis and selection.
