He is a Six Sigma Black Belt and an internationally accredited Six Sigma trainer with the Institute of Six Sigma Council (ISSC). He has also worked as a Business Process Transformation Program Head in several multinational and local companies across manufacturing, BPO, banking and financial services. Within the span of almost 16 years, he has passionately spearheaded and successfully pioneered various strategic change initiatives like TPM, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow automation. He has also developed several process innovation techniques for non-technical employees. In this span of time, he trained and coached over 500 employees and help certify numerous Six Sigma Belters who are now successful in their respective jobs. He also writes articles about process innovation in his Facebook page named Sigma Process Excellence. On his free time, he also reads books and tinkers with the mobile task automation as a hobby.
